Starting the New Year Right

The number one New Year’s resolution year after year is weight loss. Also in the top ten is to stay fit and healthy. What’s really funny about these resolutions is that the majority of people do not stick with them. One of the best steps towards keeping and reaching your goals is to join a Challenge group!
So what is a challenge group? Challenge groups meet online in Closed Facebook groups. They are great places to plug in and get motivation. People post about workouts, nutrition, successes, and failures.
Plugging into one of these groups with like-minded people has been one of the keys to my success. In January 2013 I joined my coaches group, the team R1PP3D -’13 is your year group. This next year I will be in his RIPPED XIV group. To be a part of this group you must be part of my team or my coaches team. You must commit to stick it out for the whole year. This isn’t a 90 days and done group. You need to plug in daily. You must be doing a Beachbody program. If you aren’t doing a Beachbody program then this challenge is not for you. This is your chance to keep your resolutions and get in the best shape of your life. You deserve it so don’t cheat yourself on this one! Whatever group you decide to join, get your program and Shakeology ready and make 2014 the year you change your life!
