Having fun with fitness


Just a quick reminder to have fun on your fitness journey. Last weekend, some fellow teamF.o.F.’ers and I ran a Spartan Sprint obstacle race. It was an absolute blast! We have all been working really hard on our Beachbody workouts and wanted to see how well we could do. Plus, it’s a great way to just hang out and have fun!

After doing X2, T25 and Body Beast last year I am saw huge differences not only in weight loss and strength gain, but also in endurance. I was definitely feeling up for this challenge. If I would have run this race a year ago, there is no way I could have done some obstacles, much less the 30 penalty burpees!
